About me
Baher Aldamasy is an aviation and business executive
whose career spans aviation services, corporate leadership, and strategic investment. He is recognised for building integrated, service-driven organisations with a strong emphasis on aviation excellence, cross-border operations, and premium client experience.
Baher Aldamasy’s professional journey has been closely tied to both aviation operations and aviation-linked business development. A qualified commercial pilot and flight instructor, he combines operational aviation expertise with executive leadership across the sector.
In addition to his business interests within aviation, he has extensive experience in flight operations and has operated a range of aircraft, including the Boeing Business Jet. His aviation background has contributed to a practical understanding of operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service delivery within complex aviation environments.
Over the years, he has overseen initiatives spanning flight support services, aviation facilitation, and premium travel solutions across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, building strong industry partnerships and contributing to the growth of service-driven aviation operations
He serves as Chief Executive Officer of both the Baher Aldamasy Group and Luxavia Group, where he leads diversified business portfolios with aviation at their core. His leadership approach is defined by strategic expansion, operational discipline, and the integration of hospitality, logistics, and aviation services into unified business ecosystems

A defining milestone in his aviation portfolio is the establishment of the Linkavia FBO & Lounge at Lanseria Airport. This initiative reflects a strategic investment in aviation hospitality infrastructure, designed to enhance the experience of passengers, crew, and VIP clientele within one of South Africa’s key private aviation hubs.
